   Proposal Description:
   The objectives of this analysis are 1) describe the severity of motor signs captured on the Uniform Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) for MCI subjects at their initial MCI visit and 2) to compare UPDRS scores for speech, facial expression, rigidity of neck and extremities, posture, gait and body bradykinesia between MCI patients clinically judged to be due to Alzheimer's disease vs. DLB, VaD, or FTLD. Because the diagnosis of DLB involves motor signs, these MCI-DLB subjects were expected to show higher UPDRS scores scores in other diseases and cross comparisons are of primary interest.
